The Vasco Da Gama Coordinator invited to present the project to the Meeting of the Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee For Maritime Transport.
The “CPMR Maritime Erasmus” is taking shape. A kick-off meeting for the Vasco Da Gama project was organised by the CPMR.
During the meeting, the CPMR General Secretariat presented the objectives, expected results and general organisation of the project, as well as the role of the Advisory Board. ..
It is composed of the regions of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (DE), Brittany (FR), Veneto (IT), as well as the ECSA (European Community Shipowners ‘ Associations), the ETF (European Transport Workers’ Federation), the ENMC (European network of maritime clusters), the Antwerp Maritime Academy (BE) and the Varna Naval Academy (BG).
PMR is project leader for Vasco da Gama (VDG), a project co-financed by the European Union approved by DG MOVE in July 2013, for which the grant agreement was signed, 3rd December 2013, by Annika Annerby Jansson, President of Region Skåne and President of CPMR.
